In reply to: [WooCommerce] WooCommerce Emails not SendingHey Shane,
Sorry for leaving the thread open. The email issue apparently fixed itself. It’s possible the issue was fixed with another site update, I’m not sure. But either way, everything is good now.
Thanks!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] WooCommerce Emails not SendingIf either of you are able to post a problem ticket let me know. I’m curious to hear what they say. The last time I posted a ticket (about something unrelated) I was told that they cannot help me because of my subscription level (i.e. I am not a paying customer) and they directed me over here to the forums.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] WooCommerce Emails not SendingInteresting. We can’t seem to get it to work with either of my client’s email addresses (@mydomain.com, or @gmail.com). Is this a common problem with the most recent update?
Thanks again for the help!
Perfect, thank you!! That’s exactly what I needed.
Awesome, thanks. I think we’re 99% there! I was actually trying to make the outer box white though (the box that contains the words “Credit Card (Square)” with the credit card icons). Is that possible?
That’s strange. But I just copied all the custom CSS over to the Additional CSS box under Appearance > Customize. It is saved/published and should be viewable.
It’s in the Custom CSS box in my theme options main menu. I’m using the Divi theme. I can copy the CSS to another spot if you need me to.
Hey, thanks for the reply. Sorry it took a few days to post back here. I got caught up in another project for the same client that took priority.
I consolidated all the CSS as you recommended. And yes, I had forgotten that I removed that original CSS because I was trying out some other ideas (which didn’t work either).
I added the CSS that you recommended but I’m still not seeing a change. I’ll leave it in so you can check it out.
Thanks.
Sorry, meant to do that in the original post. The url is:

In reply to: Installing multiple independent wordpress sites in subdirectoriesThanks for the advice. This is an older thread and I apologize that I forgot to mark it resolved. My main site is running fine and I’ve been so preoccupied with my primary business that the other business ventures have been put on hold for a while. So I haven’t even had a chance to deal with the other WordPress installs yet. Regardless, I’ll close out the thread so it doesn’t stay open indefinitely…
Sorry for the double-post, but as an update I just discovered that about a third of my product images are now blank with a little blue question mark in the middle.
I also set up a new admin user, hoping to get around the issues… but no luck there either.

In reply to: Installing multiple independent wordpress sites in subdirectoriesWell… my main site is still working fine but now I’m getting an Internal Service Error when I try to go to my login page for the second site (the one in the subfolder). The new domain pointer seems to be working because I can get to my sample page when I type it into a browser. But now I can’t log in using the wp-admin address.
I tried it two different ways (company2.com/Subfolder/wp-admin; and company2.com/wp-admin) but neither works. Any ideas?
I might have to call my web host and see if they can give me any advice on how to set this up so it works on their system.

In reply to: Installing multiple independent wordpress sites in subdirectoriesOk. That may have solved the issue. I installed a copy of WordPress in the htdocs folder for my main business (company # 1). The install seemed to go fine. Then I installed a second copy of WordPress in a subfolder for company #2. That install seemed to go fine also, and then I set up a new domain pointer for that folder. I need to give it up to 24 hours for that change to take effect but so far so good.
I’ll check back in the morning and see if the new domain pointer is working. Thanks again for the help so far.
