  • Yes, I think it would be wise to talk to your hosting company’s Support folks. They are really the only ones who can “see the whole picture”.

Host couple of sites in one hosting account is easy, even no need Source code edit.
    Setps
    1. Transfer your registered domain to your host account. my domain is “athalanga.lk”
    2. Creat folder on your root by the name of “athalanga.lk”
** Dont worry about change 1-2 steps.
    3. Point you transfer domain to your folder “athalanga.lk”
** Find your domain pointer from advance setting uner your domain control
    4. Install your wp to “athalanga.lk”
    5. You almost done
    6. Type your domain on address bar on your web browser “www.athalanga.lk/wp-admin”
    7. Use your admin user & password to login.

I am beginer – I was waist my time with complicated and code edit. But no worries. So I wanted to share it with you.

I have a similar but different problem.

I need help connecting member logins between separate WordPress domains.
    I have 3 domains:
    1-domain.COM
    2-domain.ORG
    3-domain.NET

I use WordPress to manage the content of each site.

    Each site requires membership.

I am looking for a way to allow members to be able to sign up for one site, and when approved they will be able to log into all three of the sites without having to sign up three times.

In other words, I want the three sites to possibly share the same member database.

I have already tried WordPress in Network or Multisite mode. This will not work because it requires subdomains. I need separate domains.

I hope someone can help. It is much appreciated.

Always better to start a new topic thread, which a Moderator may do, but I’ll answer your question.

    The key piece is

I have already tried WordPress in Network or Multisite mode. This will not work because it requires subdomains. I need separate domains.

This plugin allows you to create a WordPress Network with each Site having its own Domain Name:

Thanks for the advice. This is an older thread and I apologize that I forgot to mark it resolved. My main site is running fine and I’ve been so preoccupied with my primary business that the other business ventures have been put on hold for a while. So I haven’t even had a chance to deal with the other WordPress installs yet. Regardless, I’ll close out the thread so it doesn’t stay open indefinitely…
