This is something we need to investigate. Please email our support team at support@rankmath.com so we can assist you further.

Hello @beamkiller,
If the News Sitemap is disabled and the Redirect Attachments option is enabled, these meta entries should not be generated. If you continue to see them being created over time, we’ll need to investigate further on your site. In that case, please reach out to our support team directly at support@rankmath.com so we can assist you in more detail.
We appreciate your patience and thorough testing.
Hello @visedfaq,
That option should not trigger Rank Math to flush the Redis object cache. Since this behavior is not expected under normal circumstances, we’ll need to investigate it more closely on your setup.
Could you please contact us via support@rankmath.com so we can handle this through our elevated support workflow?
We recommend creating a staging site and sharing temporary admin access there, so we can safely monitor and debug the issue without affecting your live site.
Once we receive your email, we’ll take it from there.
Looking forward to helping you resolve this.
Hello @visedfaq,
Thank you for getting in touch.
Rank Math only flushes the object cache when Analytics data is deleted, such as when a date range cleanup is performed. This process is not designed to run daily by default, so a full Redis purge happening every day would not be expected under normal circumstances.
At the moment, there isn’t a setting in Rank Math to control the frequency of cache flushing, since it only occurs when specific Analytics cleanup actions are triggered.
To help us better understand what’s causing this on your site, could you please let us know if you’re using a server-level cron instead of WP-Cron? It would also be helpful to know if there are any custom scripts or optimization plugins running that might be triggering Analytics data cleanup automatically.
Once we have a bit more context, we’ll be able to guide you further.
Hello @bajlazzo,
Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.
This error occurs when adding the Author entity to your schema. Please try navigating to your WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → Titles & Meta → Authors and turn it off and on again (Author Archives). Please make sure to press the save button everytime you enable/disable it.
After that, clear your website and browser caches, and check if the warning keeps coming in.
If the issue persists, please head over to your WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > System Status and click the “Copy System Info to Clipboard” button, and paste it here so we can further analyze the issue.
We look forward to assisting you.
Thank you.
Hi @asif_rn,
We’re sorry for the inconvenience this caused.
If you’re referring to our upgrade notification strip in the WordPress dashboard, it should not appear again once it’s dismissed. After clicking the “×” button, please clear your site cache and go to Rank Math → Status & Tools → Database Tools to clear the transients, as cached data can sometimes cause the notice to reappear.
That said, we deeply apologize for the inconvenience you faced with our plugin.
Thank you.

Hello @wooyah,
Thank you so much for your kind review and for recommending Rank Math.
Content AI is completely optional. It’s only provided as a suggestion to help with content optimization, and not using it will not negatively affect your SEO rankings, even if the SEO score doesn’t increase.
Regarding the PRO plan, it includes a 15-day Content AI trial by default, but you’re free to cancel the trial anytime before renewal if you prefer not to use it.
We understand the importance of flexibility and will note your feedback.
If you have any questions, we’re here to help. Thanks again for your support!
Hello @lizeshakya,
Your Rank Math PRO plugin is way too outdated. The latest PRO plugin is at version 3.0.107. Please proceed with manually updating your Rank Math plugin: https://rankmath.com/kb/update-rank-math-manually/

In reply to: [Rank Math SEO – AI SEO Tools to Dominate SEO Rankings] sitemapsHello @kengray20,
Could you please share a screenshot of what you see in stats showing the sitemaps? This will help us better understand what’s happening and assist you more effectively.
As for the “Couldn’t fetch” issue in Google Search Console, please note that not all sitemaps are processed by Google. Not necessarily because there is something wrong with the sitemap. Even a perfect sitemap may not be processed by Google.
Most of the time, it’s still sitting in the queue waiting for processing. Remember, Google is processing millions of sitemaps daily, and sometimes it takes time to get to yours. But for whatever reason, Google never gets around to some sitemaps. It just doesn’t think it is worth it.
And Search Console sometimes shows ‘Pending’ as ‘couldn’t fetch’ incorrectly. You can check the replies of Google experts for the Couldn’t Fetch (especially for the TLDs except for .com) issues on the following threads:

https://support.google.com/webmasters/thread/31835653/sitemap-couldn-t-fetch-sitemap-couldn-t-be-read-by-google-search-console?hl=enLooking forward to helping you with this one.
Hello @mohamadkhosra,
Yes, this is the intended behavior. The
/sitemap.xmlpath redirects to/sitemap_index.xml, and search engines should still accept it. Please make sure to submit the correct URL in your Google Search Console: https://rankmath.com/kb/configure-sitemaps/.Using another sitemap plugin like Google XML Sitemaps will surely conflict with Rank Math. If your sitemap isn’t working as expected, please try the following:
1) Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast: https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp
2) Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/3) Apply the following filter code to your site.
add_filter( 'rank_math/sitemap/enable_caching', '__return_false');Here’s how you can add filter to your WordPress site:https://rankmath.com/kb/wordpress-hooks-actions-filters/
4) Remove all your sitemaps from your Google Search Console and re-submit only the index sitemap (
https://website.com/sitemap_index.xml)Hope that helps.

In reply to: [Rank Math SEO – AI SEO Tools to Dominate SEO Rankings] Problem with titleHi @sulainisart,
Thank you for reaching out.
We’ve already replied to your other thread regarding the meta description and keywords not appearing in the page source. Please check our recommendations there, as they address your concern in detail.
Looking forward to helping you there.
Hello @sulainisart,
This could be just a caching issue from your end. Please make sure to clear your website cache every time you do some changes especially in the meta.
As for the keywords, Rank Math doesn’t display the keyword meta tag in the page source by default.
Please note that Google does not honor meta keywords for quite a long now so we never added them to the plugin.
You can read more about that here:
https://webmasters.googleblog.com/2009/09/google-does-not-use-keywords-meta-tag.htmlRemember to focus on quality content and relevant keywords in the content for the best SEO results.
However, if you wish to continue adding the keyword to the page source, you may refer to this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/keywords-meta-tag/#add-keywords
Don’t hesitate to get in touch with us if you have any other questions.
