If there are some settings so that the plugin would only affect the page that is being worked on rather than affecting the whole site, then we could publish the page. The page must be the only part that is affected though.
It happens in the Preview mode. We’d strongly prefer not to publish the page onto the live end and make the plugin active, as right now the plugin will freeze and cause some glitches on the live site.
Under the support link provided, I can’t submit the screenshots there is no option to. I’ve submitted a request there anyways and detailed what the preferences options are and what the logs are. Thanks
Another update is that apparently it doesn’t just freeze up the page, it freezes up the whole site including the live one.
