The site appears to be running on a localhost so I am unable to test. The gif you shared looks like this may be a conflict with the theme. Try activating a default theme and see if the issue persists.

Sorry to hear Hustle is not working well on your set up. It sounds like this could be a conflict with your theme. You can test this by activating a default theme to see if the issue persists. This is most common with theme frameworks and page builders because they often use custom code that does not follow WordPress standards.
You can also try and activate the debug option to see what type of error you are receiving. Let us know what you find. I hope we can help find a workable solution.
