Thank you for using Hustle. The tutorial was not created by WPMU DEV. It looks like no audio was included in the video. Could you share a link to your site where the Popup is active or a screenshot of your settings? You can use a service like Monosnap to share the screenshot.

Drag and drop theme frameworks create proprietary ways of handling code. This increases functionality and flexibility in some areas but can cause conflicts with other plugins. We try to maintain compatibility with as many 3rd-party frameworks as possible and extend code where possible but cannot guarantee compatibility with frameworks not hosted on wp.org as the approach may not follow WordPress conventions.
