Thank you, Jonathan. From the chart, it seems that most of the features listed on the free plugin page at https://wordpress.org/plugins/formidable/ are actually only available with the business plan at $400 a year.
I have used and loved Formidable Forms for years, but this seems like a bait and switch with the free version providing only a few of those features.
Would you consider separating the free and premium features on that page so clients don’t expect all of those functions for free?Thank you! The documentation page didn’t indicate it was a pro feature, and I didn’t know about the link you shared. Much appreciated!

We updated to version 1.2 in our development instance and received this warning:
The content of your post doesn’t match the template assigned to your post type.
Keep it as is
Reset the templateWe reset the template and now see the QR codes. However, Source defaults to Post/Page and loses the External URL when we switch to it. (All of our QR codes were based on external URLs and we don’t want to lose them.)
Do you anticipate updating to recognize whether there is an existing external URL?
