“Add Booking” manually button not visible

According to the documentation, we can add bookings manually: https://wp-events-plugin.com/documentation/manual-bookings/

However, we’ve looked everywhere and can’t find the “Add Booking” button shown in the documentation, and the screen shot doesn’t include the context around the button.

What is the screen where this button should appear? Does it need to be activated in settings?
