Deactivating the plugin removed the stripe.
The plugin is being used by adding the Image CSS Class (for example sg-popup-id-6888) to the ‘Download Show Notes’ graphic. It is supposed to pop up on click.
If you scroll to the very bottom of the page you will see the form showing.
