We are experiencing an error with Popup Builder. It is leaving a big white stripe on the page – link below.

(The popup is linked to the button graphic that says ‘download show notes’.

The plugin was working well for a while and then this started happening. We have updated the plugin to the latest version.

I am sorry, we couldn’t find our popup added on the page.
May I ask you to disable the Popup Builder and check the website again?

Hi
Deactivating the plugin removed the stripe.
The plugin is being used by adding the Image CSS Class (for example sg-popup-id-6888) to the ‘Download Show Notes’ graphic. It is supposed to pop up on click.
If you scroll to the very bottom of the page you will see the form showing.

May I ask you whether the whole content is added to the popup?
I am asking this as there is an issue with the form.
Can you please send us the corresponding popup?
