Hello Shadi,
I triple checked the credentials. They work for the DHL Geschäftskundenportal. I called the DHL phone support and they told us that they couldn’t help us since it’s a WooCommerce/ Plugin issue.

@julieskyverge this is the error message that appeard in the e-mail notification I receive:
Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 4096 bytes)

I created new credentials API however the error still occurs. What confuses me is that the API user name is still similar to the former email address. Error logging does not tell em anything useful either. Thanks, Janik
