Could not create label – Unknown group profile

    Hello,

    I’m receiving the above mentioned error message when I try to create a label from within the DHL WooCommerce Plugin.

    Our account is part of a larger account and has received its own group profile. From within the DHL business portal labels can successfully be created.

    Can you double check your account credentials with DHL Support?

    Hello Shadi,

    I triple checked the credentials. They work for the DHL Geschäftskundenportal. I called the DHL phone support and they told us that they couldn’t help us since it’s a WooCommerce/ Plugin issue.
