Can you try:- Switch to a default WordPress theme temporarily. Then reload the page and check if this fixes the issue?
- If that does not work, try Deactivating other plugins one by one and check each time if that fixes the issue. If you let us know deactivating which plugin fixed the issue, we can then check on our end with that plugin.

Chrome browser mic needs to be enabled:
Open Chrome and click the three dots (More) in the top-right corner, then select Settings.
Go to Privacy and security > Site settings.
Scroll down to Permissions and click on Microphone.
Under “Default behavior,” make sure the setting allows sites to ask to use your microphone.
Use the dropdown menu to select your desired microphone as the default device.Thank you!
We emailed them 3 times. Still have not heard back. Probably because of the holiday season.
I strongly believe that it was a mistake because the report does not include ANY details about the actual issue aside from a vague title. For all actual issues patchstack directly communicates with the developer. We never received any communication from them regarding this specific issue.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. This report has zero details about the actual issue. It seems like a false positive. We have reached out to patchstack for an explanation. We will take action if they can provide any details. Otherwise, I hope they will close this report soon. Either way it should not be a problem as the report itself says “No impactful threat”.

We have introduced Slack for the Live chat option recently, based on customer requests. It has several advantages – specifically the ability to chat on the go, and it also fits with many users’ workflow. It works great, and we have not received any complaints from any other user. Your YAML code had an issue, and we pointed our how to fix it.
You have to configure the Meta app to give permission for our ChatBot to reply on FB. There is no workaround to it. The plugin cannot magically access your FaceBook account. It works fine when properly configured.
There was a CSS conflict with your theme. We gave you a prompt solution with CSS override.
The conversational forms and webhook work great together. There is no issue.
Our AI Insights feature is an innovative solution that sends a summary of the Chats that took place in the last day and provides analytics and insights. This is an invaluable feature to find out if the ChatBot is responding correctly and add more content as needed to train the AI. The cost is extremely inexpensive vs the value it provides.
You need to include the post types that contain the data. If there is no training data, AI cannot respond.
As a company policy, we do not close tickets. Customers can close tickets when they are satisfied. We replied to each of your questions. You were uncooperative in resolving any site-specific issues you were having because of the server migration. I am sorry that we could not issue you a refund 5 months after the purchase because the payment gateway does not allow it. It was NOT “bureaucratic shit” as we showed you in the screenshot.

It seems like your created some Simple Text Responses. If a matching STR is found, it will show instead of site search results. If more than one is found, it will show “Did you mean?” and show all the matching STRs.
