Do you have an example page that we can have a look at?
If possible, please also send us a screen recording or some screenshots showing exactly what you want to achieve.

Hi there,
I understand you’re having issues with your Scrollsequence animation. I’m happy to help you out with this.
I checked that page and was unable to replicate the issue on my end (see screen recording).
Have you managed to fix the issue? If the issue persists on your end, please send us a screen recording so we can see exactly what you’re seeing. You can use Loom for this.
Looking forward to your response.
Kind regards
Hi Rohan,
Apologies, but we haven’t received any messages there from you yet.
What email address did you use? Please try contacting us through your Scrollsequence/members account under “Support” tab instead (see screenshot).
Looking forward to your response.

Hi there,
Could you please confirm if you have already tried doing the compatibility test and clearing all your caches as previously suggested?
If you haven’t done any of those yet, I highly suggest doing so, so we can see if one of your plugins or your theme is conflicting with Scrollsequence and to eliminate any possible caching issues.
We appreciate your cooperation. Looking forward to your response.
Kind regards
Hi there,
Thanks for the update and link.
Upon inspection of your site, I can see that you’re using the “CSS Sticky” for the Position Sticky. Could you please try using “Javascript Sticky” instead and see if it makes any difference? It’s on the Scrollsequence > Dashboard > Options tab (see screenshot).
Afterward, make sure to clear all your caches to eliminate any possible caching issues:
- Browser’s cache: Web Browsers – Clear the Cache
- Caching plugin’s cache: (e.g. WP Rocket, WP Super Cache, W3 Total Cache)
- Any server caching like CDN: (e.g. Cloudflare, Amazon CloudFront, CacheFly) You might need to reach out to your webhost to clear the server cache.
If the issue persists after doing all of the above, it could be some kind of compatibility problem and the issue might only be isolated to your site as I’m unable to replicate the issue on my end (see screen recording). I’m currently using the latest version of the Scrollsequence plugin and the default WordPress theme Twenty Twenty-Four on my test site.
You could try deactivating all the other plugins (leaving only Scrollsequence activated) and then re-activating them one by one to know which plugin is causing the conflict.
Try using a default WordPress theme as well, like Twenty Twenty-Four with only Scrollsequence active, to see if you’ll get a different result.
Lastly, please answer the following to help further isolate the issue:
- Has anything changed recently?
- Did you update PHP or any plugins/themes recently?
- Were any plugins/themes recently installed?
Thanks for your cooperation. Looking forward to your response.
Kind regards
Hi there,
I understand your Scrollsequence animation is not sticky. I’m happy to help you out with this.
If your Scrollsequence is not sticky and, while scrolling, it moves up and is not fixed to the screen, please try these steps and see if they help: https://help.scrollsequence.com/article/37-scrollsequence-is-not-sticky
If the issue persists, please share with us the page with this issue so we can have a look. If you’re uncomfortable sharing it here, you can send it to us directly with the details of the issue at info@scrollsequence.com
Please also make sure that you have the latest 1.5.5 version of the Scrollsequence plugin. We always recommend updating all plugins and themes to their latest versions to avoid any possible settings misconfigurations, conflicts or errors.
Looking forward to your response.
Kind regards,
JamieHi Jandru,
Thanks for the update and I’m glad to know you were able to sort everything out!
Do let us know if you encounter any issues or if you have any other questions, we’re happy to help.

Hi @jandru,
Exporting and importing Scrollsequence animations from one site to another would be a nice feature to have. However, it’s not possible with Scrollsequence at the moment.
Exporting only the Scrollsequence data from one installation to another is not (easily) possible. One of the reasons for that is that the images are stored as an array of media IDs. But the media IDs may be different for each install.
Nevertheless, if you use the All-in-One WP Migration plugin – it works because it transfers all data at the same time, including media and metadata.
I hope this helps. Let us know if you have any questions.
Kind regards.

In reply to: [Scrollsequence - Cinematic Scroll Image Animation Plugin] Fix Content WidthHi there,
I understand you’re having issues with your Scrollsequence’s Fixed Content. I’m happy to help you out with this.
I’m afraid the only way to customize anything you put in the Fixed Content is by using HTML and CSS.
You can try giving your texts a
<div>tag, then adjusting its width using CSS. You can put your CSS codes in the “Custom CSS” text area on the right panel in your Scrollsequence settings (see screenshot).I hope this helps. Let us know if you have any questions.
Kind regards,

Hi @dev74
It’s me again. Apologies if I misunderstood it the first time, but it seems that you are using the Alioth theme.
This theme is actually incompatible with Scrollsequence, I’m afraid. Thus, it’s causing problems.
My suggestion is to contact people from the Alioth theme and ask them for a resolution. It is their file (which we have no control over) that is giving the error.
Thanks for understanding. Let us know if you have any questions.
Kind regards
Hi @dev74
I understand your pages become blank when Scrollsequence is activated. I’m happy to help you out with this.
The page you mentioned you need help with is not made on WordPress. Could you please share with us the link to your website where Scrollsequence is activated, so we can have a look?
Please also make sure that you have the latest 1.4.3 version of the Scrollsequence free or premium.
Looking forward to your response.
Kind regards
