i found the problem (at least for me). I had installed a plugin ‘yet another photoblog’. there is some conflict with using that plugin. i de activated that. it works.

yes. i’ve had my site for more than several months now. i am not able to make any changes in any browser. in ie7 i get a stack overflow msg. in firefox i get the ‘navigate away from this page’ msg.
if you’ve resolved this problem, please let me know. i don’t want to re-install.
