In reply to: WordPress Permalinks getting confusedI think I’ve worked it out – the YOAST plugin I’m using is breaking it. When I have this disabled, all works fine.
I have the tick box enabled for ‘remove category base’ – which i think broke it.
Back to the drawing board!

So on from this – how can i make the child categories have the same slug, with different parents?
Parent – Cars :: Child – red
Parent – Trucks :: Child – redMeaning – multiple child categories called ‘red’, under different parents?
