Facepalm maybe but this plugin is ace David!
David,I have just followed the advice of another post by kfranklin and unchecked the “required” box of a HTML element (don’t know why it was checked anyway) and the form appears to be working again….
I will run a few test submissions and let you know.

Hi David, the form stopped creating entries when it stopped working. Let me know if you would like to access the admin and have a look around.
lmartins, I don’t have any caching plugins installed.
I would rather stick with Caldera too. When it worked I couldn’t believe how good this free plugin was but then suddenly it stopped. 4 days later and nothing from the dev team so I’m sure you can understand why I am looking for a reliable plugin – even if I have to pay for it…
lmartins, do you have any good recommendations?? I can’t hang around waiting for much longer.

ThanksThis has just happened to me too. I actually created a form from scratch again and periodically checked that it sent throughout development and the when finished it was fine. Then all of a sudden it didn’t send the info.
Content is checked when clicking send but doesn’t clear the form or display the message or send the data.Please help.
