Looks like Facebook comments will not appear if you disable WordPress comments (well, at least that’s what happens with my theme).

http://www.mydomain.com/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=&page2=getting_started
instead of this:
http://www.gymenvol.com/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=surveyme&page2=getting_started
The “surveyme” part is missing. Any idea why?
