When trying to access the Getting Started page in the admin, I get an error stating that I have insufficient rights and cannot access that page. Same thing for the Forms page.

Any idea what might be causing this? The rest of the site and plugins are working.

    Thanks!

It looks like some of the the links in the admin are incomplete. For exemple, I have this:

    http://www.mydomain.com/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=&page2=getting_started

    instead of this:

    http://www.gymenvol.com/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=surveyme&page2=getting_started

The “surveyme” part is missing. Any idea why?

Also it seems I cannot download the CSV. The link leads me to a 404 page.

Are all these problems linked to permalinks, by any chance?

I’ve retested the plugin on our WPMU test site and I cannot get to act like you say. I’ve also tried in on a standalone version of WP.

Is there anything different about you WP setup, language for instand?
Please try turning off all other plugins and see if that has any affect.

re: the csv. permalinks should not affect this. If they are turned off it should revert to using the query line.
There is still a glitch with spaces or other odd characters in the form name causing problems. The data can still be access and exported directly from mysql if you are still having problems.

My WP setup is in French… could this be the problem?

I wouldn’t have thought so, but then I would have though it should work. So I’ll give it a try.
I’ll get back to you on this.

It looks like the links generated by SurveyMe for wp in french are broken…
