Your site is set to index, so the notice is false and cached. Please use the
Xicon to dismiss the notice. It shouldn’t appear again. If it does, navigate to WP Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > Status & Tools > Database Tools and use the Remove Rank Math Transients tool, and clear the cache of your site. You will have to wait for Google to recrawl the sitemap. This is completely up to Google and no plugin can force them to read the sitemap. You can try removing all previously submitted sitemaps from your GSC account and submit your main sitemap_index.xml again.

Our plugin uses the same sitemap URL as Yoast. So, the sitemap of your site will still be available at https://your-site.com/sitemap_index.xml. Google will be able to read the new data once they re-crawl the sitemap.
If the https://your-site.com/sitemap_index.xml path still shows Yoast’s sitemap, please navigate to WP Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks and save the settings without making any changes to flush the rewrite rules. Once done, the sitemap URL should show Rank Math’s sitemap.

ProfileGrid doesn’t register the profile pages as a post type or author archive and that’s why our plugin won’t be able to add the title & description that you add in the user profile.
You will have to use their default SEO options or get in touch with their support and ask them to help you modify these filter to fetch the data from user profiles and apply it to the profile pages:

We can’t reproduce the issue on our end even when using the ACF setup you have shared. So, this could be related to a plugin conflict. Please follow this guide to confirm if the issue persists when only ACF, Rank Math, and a default theme are active: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

We still can’t reproduce the issue on our end. Can you please navigate to WP Dashboard > ACF > Tools and export a JSON file of your custom fields, so we can import it on our end and try to reproduce the issue?

Can you please follow these steps?
1. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/2. If the issue persists, please add the following filter to your site to completely disable sitemap cache:
