We are really sorry for your problem.Did you setup the time correct timezone in WordPress default setting options. WOC is only works with timezone selection like this way:
If your city is
Dhakaand it’s followingUTC +06.00, You can select eitherUTC +06.00orDhakaon WordPress settings, but this plugin will only work when you selectDhaka. Don’t worry this will not conflict with other things and we are trying to fix that dependency problem.If still you have problem, then Please check the settings from WOC, Did you set up the hours correctly or not.

I am really sorry for the issue you have. Can you please make a way so that I can directly see the problem from inside. Like, create a dummy website, install this plugin and make configuration as in a way to show the not working mode.

The problem is not exactly with WooCommerce Open Close. I see your given URL and I think you are using any caching system on your website. So Can you please try cleaning cache from each place noted below with maintaining the order.
1. Browser Cache
2. Clean Cache from Plugin

The reason for this problem is the PHP version, I think your PHP is not updated. 2 solution
1. Update your PHP version
2. Wait couple of hours, I will update that class with the way it supports lower version.Thanks
