Sorry about the issue. Would you please update the plugin to latest version and try again?
We couldn’t replicate the issue on ours end, so if still you are facing the same, I assume if there is any file permission issue.

To enable this filter there is a new setting here Email verification settings > Admin > Admin options > Users filter You can see it here: https://prnt.sc/Vcjrzwb7axo0
We have added another setting that will add a new bulk action in the user’s list Email verification settings > Admin > Bulk user actions, You can see it in the above screenshot.

You can override from theme/child-theme. Create a folder “wpp” in the root and copy the files from plugin’s template folder to that folder. You can override any files you want from that template folder.
