Hello @jahrat,
Thanks for writing in and our apologies for the trouble you’re facing!
It looks like the specific issue you’re having is related to PHP 8, so unfortunately you will need to have your server set to run PHP 7.x. At the moment, we are not quite ready with PHP 8 compatibility, but it is coming soon on the horizon.
I believe PHP 8 support is coming in the next major release, but that is subject to change based on a number of factors. When you have a moment, could you ask your web host to set your site to run PHP 7.x then test the site again? I believe that should resolve your issue.
Thanks, and again I do apologize for any inconvenience.
Hi @aartidoc,
Thanks for writing in and we’re sorry to hear about the trouble you’re facing.
I tried checking your site and it looks like most of the resources are still pointing to the local/development URL you previously had which is why it looks broken. Please check this quick screencast for reference.
The missing CSS and Javascript files are being loaded from:
https://localhost/ghwc/which is most likely the URL of your local site. When you get the chance, can you please make sure to update all the URLs on your site to the URL of your domain?

Hi @spago,
To avoid confusion, can you please post a new thread so that we can look into your issue?
In the meantime, please try to set up debugging on your site and provide us with the debug log so that we’ll be able to provide further suggestions.
Please check here for more details on how to set up debugging on your site.
Thank you.
Hi @lfedele,
Thanks for trying those out and I apologize again for the trouble you’re facing.
Would you mind providing a screenshot of what you are seeing in your backend? Please also provide us with the link to your site where we can see some of the forms you have.
Thank you.
Hi @baines14,

Hello @mooyamamura,
Thanks for writing in.
Do you happen to be using a caching plugin that minifies the scripts on your site? If so, can you please exclude the page where the forms are from being cache or, in the caching plugin settings, please exclude this file:
/wp-content/plugins/wpforms-lite/assets/js/wpforms.js.Please make sure to clear your site’s cache before testing again.
I hope this helps and please let me know how it goes.
Hi @kiwidavec,
Thanks for writing in and we’re sorry to hear about the issue you’re getting.
It is most likely that there is a JavaScript error in the backend of your site which is causing the issue with your form settings from saving. When you get the chance, could you please try using the steps in WPBeginner’s detailed guide on troubleshooting WordPress to see if it helps resolve the issue?
Hi @gooloode,
Currently, the scripts and styles of WPForms are loaded globally on the site when WPForms is activated. I’ve made a note of the feature request and we’ll keep it on our radar to be reviewed as we plan out our roadmap for the future.
Thank you for the suggestion!
Hi @anchorpointgfx,

Hello @stijnetje,
Thanks for writing in and we’re sorry to hear about the trouble you’re facing.
Would you mind providing more details about the Dutch translations being partly saved of the steps on how we can reproduce the issue so that we can check it?
Thank you.
Hello @megami20,
Thanks for writing in.
I checked your site and it is indeed using a Pro version of WPForms. However, it is in an older version which is 1.5.1 and our current latest version is 1.6.6.
Besides adding new features and enhancements, plugin updates also fix known issues. It’s possible that this is either causing or contributing to the issues that you’re seeing, so we need to start with this.
If your site is using an active license, you should be able to update to the latest version, and kindly do so to make sure the issue is not due to the un-updated version active on the site.
And if you client’s site is using an active license, please know that you could drop us a line through our contact page?
From there, our support team will be able to take a closer look at your request.
Thank you.
Hi @lfedele,
When you get the chance, could you please try using the steps in WPBeginner’s detailed guide on troubleshooting WordPress to see if it helps resolve the issue?
Hi @mourinor6207,

Hi @shdehnavi,
Is there any reason why you are using different API keys for reCaptcha on your site? Because usually, one reCaptcha API key should suffice to operate for the entire site.
When you get the chance, can you try to disable the reCaptcha setting in the other plugin and see if that fixes the issue?
Thank you.
