yes, I’m using Appointment Pro. It’s still not resolved. I will create a new ticket on the support page on your website.

Hi Shahid,

I tried to edit the contact page template as per the printscreen you sent me, but the only visible form is the one I created and pasted. There is no other shordcode regaring the form. I don’t know what to delete.

Any other suggestions?
