In reply to: [Post Index] How can I contact the developer?Hi sssken,
I’m not maintaining the plugin anymore and contacted wordpress to simply delete it. If anyone is willing to maintain it, let me or them know.

In reply to: [Post Index] Update of new featuresHi nilje,
you should be able to achieve that by using the additional links feature, which is already present in the current version. You can create a new “type” in den admin section of the plugin. You have to add the follow-link for each page to the custom field section part.
But may I ask if it’s the correct way to offer a flood of follow-buttons?
Best wishes

did you use parantheses or curly braces? Please use braces: ${PostCount}

In reply to: [Post Index] Order of categories in IndexHi Ellenmanning,
sorry for the late reply. You could use the current development version and use custom fields to define a new field on your post with a custom “sorting-entry”. Afterwards you can tell the plugin to use the value of the new field instead of the post name for sorting.
Overview of the steps needed:
- Install Dev-Version of the plugin: https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/post-index.zip
- Edit your posts and add a new custom field (e.g. Sortname or Places) with the value of the place you’ve eaten.
- Add [post_index groupby_cf=”Places”]
The development version will be released as 0.8 in the next 1 or 2 weeks. If you won’t install the dev version to your blog, you could also wait for the release.
Thanks for your interest in the plugin.
Best wishes,
