Hey Bernard,
Thank you for the feedback, I understand that you are unhappy with the shortner issue, however have you tried asking for help regarding bit.ly setup ? There are a lot of people ( including us) that are using it on blogs and works perfectly.
Not sure how the price of the PRO version affects the quality/review of the free plugin.

Are you getting the sharing link from a custom field ? If not, what we are sending to bit.ly is : get_permalink( $postQuery->ID ), which should rely on your WordPress settings.

As I thought there is a javascript error on the page, that has nothing to do with our plugin :
jQuery(‘img’).essbis is not a function. (In ‘jQuery(‘img’).essbis’, ‘jQuery(‘img’).essbis’ is undefined) .
Make sure you get in touch with the developers of that plugin to see what is going on.

As I said this looks like a js error caused by the sharing plugin or kind of a conflict, I can take a look if you can activate it on your website, so I can see how the error looks like in case it might be a solution.

Thanks for providing more details. If that plugin is adding some javascript errors then is kind of normal to break the site, we can’t unfortunately have this working with all plugins out there .

First of all I am sorry to hear about your experience, we had some issues on our side and I apologise for those, it was due to the fact that the product is quite new and we missed something ( the license is not generated, so is a development issue ).
I would try below to address some of your concerns :
– Our support as is stated on our website doesn’t work on weekends, you bought the product yesterday, so please bear with us, contacting us on multiple channels just increase our answer time since is redundant
– The product works perfectly without a license, the license is just for support and updates, so this shouldn’t block you, our developers are working since they got the request to solve the problem, however it takes time.
I understand if you are unhappy with the experience that you had, our support team will be happy to refund you in case you want that.
