Thanks for letting me know more details about the use-case, I agree that supporting individual url urge using the cron is helpful, but is not possible for now, I created a request for this.
In your situation as for now you have 2 solutions:
1. Disable caching on those pages
2. Enable caching, but use Javascript to make the change you want.Discovered the issue and released an update for this, thanks for reporting.
