  • I purchased an add-on to this plugin several days ago and wasn’t provided my activation license upon purchase (purchase page still shows “loading licenses”). Over the last few days, I have tried contacting Themeisle through every available channel I can find (contacted support on their website, posted to the support forum, filled out a survey follow up to my request, followed up via email, even filed a PayPal dispute) because I needed the plugin several days. I had paid a contractor for some work requiring use of this plugin so every day they don’t respond costs me more money! I cannot understand why someone cannot simply provide me my license number! This is not a difficult support task. It leads me to believe they simply do not look at service requests at all.

    First of all I am sorry to hear about your experience, we had some issues on our side and I apologise for those, it was due to the fact that the product is quite new and we missed something ( the license is not generated, so is a development issue ).

    I would try below to address some of your concerns :

    – Our support as is stated on our website doesn’t work on weekends, you bought the product yesterday, so please bear with us, contacting us on multiple channels just increase our answer time since is redundant

    – The product works perfectly without a license, the license is just for support and updates, so this shouldn’t block you, our developers are working since they got the request to solve the problem, however it takes time.

    I understand if you are unhappy with the experience that you had, our support team will be happy to refund you in case you want that.

    In the meantime we just solved the problem, I would send the license key by email, however you should be able to see it in your account as well.
