I don’t have ‘imagick’ at all. Can I enable it on SiteGround?

But on GTmetrix I get low rating in Yslow tab:

Using a CDN YSlow doesn’t recognize? Specify your CDNs in your User Settings.
There are 4 static components that are not on CDN.
