Hi @invadermeh,
Thank you for your message. Have you read the FAQ and server requirements?
An example of the correct server configuration can be found here. Pay attention to the elements marked in red, they are key.
Please contact the administrator of your server and fix the problem.

I don’t have ‘imagick’ at all. Can I enable it on SiteGround?
Just that you have gd
library. Contact the server administrator regarding this matter.
I’m using Dreamhost and they’ve GD and Imagick installed. But, still, this plugin gives me the same error.
@muzaffarab, can you send a screenshot of your server configuration?
Hi Mateusz!
I also use Siteground and having the same problem as Meh.
Webp is enabled in Imagick but not in GD.
Does it need to be enabled in both?
@coffeeadder, WebP should be supported by at least one of the libraries.
I have the same problem. I was comparing my server configuration with the screenshot here, and the only thing is missing is ‘WEBP’ under ImageMagick supported formats. The other values seem good:
GD Support enabled
JPEG Support enabled
PNG Support enabled
WBMP Support enabled
imagick module enabled
There is any chance to make it works? It used to work until a couple of weeks ago.
Thanks
@federicof, only WebP
is missing from the list of supported formats, which is the most important thing 😉 Please send me a screenshot of your entire configuration.
Hi Mateusz Gbiorczyk, thanks for your answer. You will find two links with the screenshots. Hope they can help.

I don’t know why but this plugin worked just fine until 3 weeks ago when the configuration error message appeared and I don’t know how to get it fixed.
Let me know if there is something I can do about it.
Thank you.
Federico
Hi @federicof,
Please read my messages above. I gave the correct configuration there. You gave yours. Please compare it and you will see the difference.
Why is there an error now? Your server configuration had to change. The plug has long had unchanged requirements.
