I’ve used Yahoo hosting for over a year and never had any downtime. I’ll have to agree with some of the previous comments that their customer service leaves a little to be desired. It’s kind of the luck of the draw to get someone who is knowledgeable to help you out. But everything considered I think it’s a good value for the money. I especially like being able to access the raw server logs.
