Thank you for your answer.
The host doesn’t want to remove the block, they suggested to install that old plugin, but that hasn’t done anything.
So I will choose moving or delete jetpack. (Both sites are pretty old and ‘large’ with lots of pictures, so I left them with this host, all other sites I take care of are already moved.)
