Thank you for sharing your feedback. I understand that working within the 2MB file size limit on our free plan can be challenging, especially with larger images. Our free plan does indeed have a total optimization quota of 20MB and a limit of 2MB per image to help users explore our service.
For optimizing larger files, we offer paid plans that can handle images up to 32MB each and come with up to unlimited quota. These plans are designed to provide a seamless experience for users who need to optimize bigger files without restrictions.

For the second, it is left in frustration as the user is not convinced to use lossless for certain images. I don’t feel a need to get a developer to fix this ultra non-critical issue, as lossless is always an option for such high detailed images.
https://wordpress.org/support/topic/doesnt-work-at-all-230/We would like to clarify that optimization is not just about reducing the size of images – this can be done by many tools. The key is maintaining image quality, which is why we offer two compression modes:
– Smart Compression: This mode compresses your images to achieve the best balance between quality and size reduction without any noticeable loss in quality. Imagify automatically applies the optimal compression level.
– Lossless Compression: This mode compresses your images without any visible changes. However, the file size reduction will be less compared to Smart Compression.For images with very high details, optimization may affect quality significantly, which is why we recommended Lossless Compression for your specific case.

For bulk restoring images, there is indeed a way to restore multiple images simultaneously through the media library, although we acknowledge that a more streamlined bulk restore option would be beneficial. We appreciate your suggestion and will consider it for future updates.
In terms of managing WebP files, we understand the challenges. We have documentation on how to delete WebP images via FTP or SSH without affecting other files: Delete WebP Images.
Many customers successfully use Imagify on large sites without issues, and we strive to provide a reliable experience for all our users.
Regarding refunds, while we do not offer them as per our policy, Imagify is available for free, and subscriptions can be canceled anytime.
