Thank you for your reply.
For some reason, I’m not able to see error with just Imagify and default theme on my end even with WP Debug and error on.
In any case, I have made our developers aware of this so they can further investigate and do the needful if required.

Have you tried basic troubleshooting by deactivating other themes and plugins? In case any of them conflict.
If that does not help, please send us steps to replicate the issue and a snapshot demonstrating the issue?
