Hi @wohoksolutions.
There’s no such a possibility to get rid of it from the pages that use NextGen galleries, sorry about that.
The footer Widget-2-title “Sponsoren” is always written in smaler character-size than defined. – could you please let us know if this changes if deactivating NextGen Gallery?
Hi @jwhobbie,
These are not error messages but simple non-functionally affecting warnings that you get because of the WP_Debug being active. You can simply ignore or disable WP_Debug from your site’s wp-config.php file using any FTP software such as FIleZilla to hide them for the time being.
Hi @engl4614,
Could you please let us know if you are able to see the custom view while editing the gallery in visual mode?
Hi @engl4614.
There should be such possibility to indicate a custom view for the gallery if inserting it via shortcodes instead of visually and the structure you’ve mentioned looks fine.
Could you please confirm that you’ve stored your custom views using a folder structure as in the example from below:

Hi @benkab,
Most likely that’s due to RTL as from what it looks like, the image sources load fine according to the page’s sources.
You can contact our support team directly at https://www.imagely.com/report-bug/ and we’ll have a direct look at it to see if there’s anything we can suggest.
Hi @kickingupdust,
We hope that you wouldn’t mind trying to import the same PNG image directly uploading it from your computer to see if that’ll work.
If it doesn’t work, please access “Dashboard -> Tools -> Site Health -> Info”, toggle on the “Media Handling” tab and check to ensure you see PNG for GD supported file formats.

Hi @chrisgot,
Thanks for asking us. Unfortunately, there’s no such a possibility to re-use the same images files within multiple galleries. You’d need to upload copies of them to each of the galleries if that’s needed.
Hi @cakru,
That’s odd as the majority of them support key navigation. Could you please let us know what lightbox effect have you selected from “NextGen Gallery -> Other Options -> Lightbox Effects -> What lightbox would you like to use?”
If you can’t navigate through the images, could you please first of all ensure that it didn’t open the image as a direct link checking the browser’s address bar? This could be due to a conflict that’d prevent lightbox to open or in case that you had the lightbox set to “None”.

Hi @pajjdeg,.
Sure. You can download any previous version of NextGen Gallery from https://wordpress.org/plugins/nextgen-gallery/advanced/
Hi @banijadev.
NextGen Gallery as a gallery plugin implies loading media and also a lot of dynamic JS that in the end affects the pagespeed and the memory usage. We look forward to improve these aspects once with Pope framework removal.
As for the PHP support – our plugin is tested to work with PHP versions from 5.6 – 8.x range and it is compatible with the latest version of WordPress.
Hi @pajjdeg,
I don’t think we’ve done any changes to the way how we register/load the gallery titles or descriptions in a while.
Could you please try saving the gallery from “Manage Galleries” without the need to do any other changes to see if that’ll populate within Polylang?
If the above doesn’t help, you can also check with Polylang support to see if they perhaps require some changes from our side of things to comply with their requirements.
Hi @bob-reeves.
If you already load Fontawesome via a different plugin, you can try accessing NextGEN Gallery > Other Options > Miscellaneous and set “Do not enqueue FontAwesome ” to “Yes”
Hi @richchubb,
Thanks for asking us. Retina images are only generated for the premium gallery display types.
