Hi @anguria65,
Unfortunately, these changes aren’t available. We can only look into the possibility to help you move slideshow’s arrows at the top of the slideshow’s images using custom CSS:
.ngg-slideshow .slick-next, .ngg-slideshow .slick-prev { top: 5% !important; }Ok. Just wanted to confirm that you press “Insert Gallery” then “Publish” the page’s changes after selecting the custom view?
I’m afraid we couldn’t replicate the same while using the latest version of the theme and NGG on PHP 8.2.
We hope that you wouldn’t mind submitting a report here: https://www.imagely.com/report-bug/ mentioning this forum thread.
Thanks

Duplicating the reply here for everyone who will follow the thread:
If using Polylang, you can in fact have a single set of galleries and just set translations for other languages.
It appears that there were created both galleries using English language ( for the backend ) and thus, Polylang couldn’t detect any translations for the Spanish captions.
You’ll need to switch to “Spanish” from the language switcher at the top then access “Languages -> Translations” and search for the captions you need to set Spanish translation to.
Hi @wohoksolutions,
While it isn’t supposed to be deactivated as it can potentially trigger some side effects for the gallery display type or lightbox, you can try disabling it adding the following PHP code to your child theme’s function.php or using a PHP snippet plugin:
add_action('init', function() { wp_deregister_script('photocrati_ajax'); }, 11);- This reply was modified 3 years, 6 months ago by Imagely.
Yes, we’ll take it from there. Thanks.
Thanks. We’ve managed to add a NGG widget via the builder but we couldn’t get the warning replicated. Could you please let us know what version of Astra theme and NextGen Gallery you use?
Oh, so it’s about the Alt/Title captions not tags. We are differentiating these because NextGen also includes a tag caption.
It’d complicated to guess what is hapening without having a direct look at your site. Feel free to submit a report at https://www.imagely.com/report-bug/
Hi @emzdesign,
Could you please let us know what gallery source and the display type you use? Is that a “Basic TagCloud” or a Tag sourced gallery?
Also, let’s double check to see if the images load fine while visiting the Spanish version of the gallery within “Manage Galleries”.
Hi @pajjdeg ,
Just a heads-up that we’ve created a report for our developers to check. We’ll probably need to add a filter for the galleries’ descriptions in order to make them visible to Polylang.
It says “Upgrade now” when I access “Customizer/Footer-Builder” with the free version of Astra theme.
Edit: We’ve managed to add a NGG widget via the builder but we couldn’t get the warning replicated. Could you please let us know what version of Astra theme and NextGen Gallery you use?

Thanks @wohoksolutions,
We have created an improvement request ticket for our developers’ review.
Hi @jwhobbie
Can you confirm that the widget support comes with Astra Pro only?
We have tried to replicate the warnings using the free version of Astra theme but it doesn’t seem to support footer widgets. We couldn’t get the warnings to show up if using a different theme too.
If the above is the case, we hope that you wouldn’t mind submitting a report here: https://www.imagely.com/report-bug/ mentioning this forum thread.
Thanks
Hi @wohoksolutions,
Could you please provide us with an example of such a link for us to see if that can be improved in the future versions?
Thanks

Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Photo Gallery, Sliders, Proofing and Themes - NextGEN Gallery] EccomerceHi @salvamentos,
eCommerce is a premium feature and due to the forum’s rules – we are not allowed to offer any premium related support here.
We are sorry but as already mentioned within a different discussion thread – NextGen doesn’t support using separate lightbox effects for the different gallery blocks/pages and we don’t have a workaround for that.
