Currently, we let your customers choose to either use the Videocall or Audiocall (two separate buttons).
In case you’d like to force audio-calls, you can set customized buttons on the website itself. This will let you set your own buttons that will trigger such actions.

In order to hide the plugin on certain pages, you’d need to set the “page matches” to the list of URLs that it will include.

Our solution can provide multi-agents easily.
However, the service-providers will need to login to Consolto’s dashboard in order to deliver their services.
We don’t provide “rooms” at the moment. We do provide a button/widget that can trigger calls and like any phone, if the recipient is not busy (and accepts), the call will start.
We turn your website to a multi-to-multi call center.
