In order to receive payments, you will need to provide your paypal account. Our policy is to pass the transaction in 24 hours after payment has been transferred. Therefore, we need your paypal email in order to send you the money.

We have two payment flows: in-text-chat payment and pre-videochat-payment.
You’ve used the pre-videochat payment and it works as follows:
1. Client hits the “Let’s talk” button.
2. Agent receives a paid-call notification stating he needs needs to approve the call.
3. Once the agent approves, the clients starts paying and the agent sees a message that the client is paying.
4. Once client finishes paying successfully, the agent will receive a message that the call can start.
5. Call starts on both sides.

In case you don’t see this behavior, please let us know.

Consolto helps with the videochat and payment transfer between your client and yourself (paypal). Thus means that our videochat is tightly integrated with PayPal.
Our scheduling module is currently in development and will soon be launched.

The entire process is using HTTPS (SSL 1.2 and SSL1.3) for both establishment of the connection and the Videochat.
The Videochat itself is based on WebRTC which provides the highest security capabilities today. When Zoom.io tried not using WebRTC, this is what happened: https://www.wired.com/story/zoom-bug-webcam-hackers/

The WordPress extension is responsible for embedding the Consolto plugin which is entirely independent of the site.
Another thing to note – the guest (in this case, the person who provides testimonies) is NOT recorded and we don’t save any details of her.

Our policy does NOT permit transferring money on adult websites. As for the videochat content – it is our clients’ right use videochat as the media to pass any content they wish.
