As stated in the README and on the plugin page here at WP.org, we explain clearly that if you want quicker support then contact us directly. The WP forum is not the preferred way to reach us, so if you opt to post here anyway support will invariably be delayed.

Check the plugin settings.
After changing the plugin settings, resave your permalinks jsut to be sure your changes are applied.

When in doubt, delete your caching tools. Lol. Ok you can deactivate. We just prefer deleting 😉

In reply to: [Event Calendar & Ticketing] Upgrading to Pro? Documentation?The free plugin has zero integration with WooCommerce. If you want direct integration into WooCommerce then you need to use our WooEvents Pro plugin.
We aren’t sure how the plugin works with any given theme except stock WordPress themes ( e.g. TwentyTen, TwentyEleven, TwentyTwelve, TwentyThirdteen ). With thousands of themes for WP, we can’t possibly ensure it works flawlessly across the board. We don’t have any open reports of theme problems though.
