If I hadn’t edited the page.php file I never would have been able to edit the site’s navigation.

I found the file I needed to edit. I edited the page.php file in the wp-content/themes/default/ folder.
That’s where all the custom page code was. Mostly just header and footer links.

Well officially no theme is listed as being used. When I click on the ‘Editor’ link under ‘Appearance’ in the admin I get an 500 (Internal Server) Error page.
Any ideas?
