In reply to: I can't edit my nav menu through CSSand same question for all other elements actually, how does one find out how to get the right selectors for each of them? because simply defining a style for “ul” or even “img” for images doesn’t “work” as in non wordpress contexts.

In reply to: Default Gallery Issueok so its a theme based error then? thats what I was wondering about. I’m new to wordpress, I was just hoping it was a common gallery problem as besides the theme everything else is by default. I was sure that because so far the only application of the theme was purely visual, I hadn’t enabled anything fancy or combined with plugins I assumed it was due to a (default wp) gallery issue.
