Hello,
Please make sure you’re turning on Jetpack Carousel by following this guide.
https://jetpack.com/support/carousel/I see that you’re using this plugin also https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-lightbox/ . This may cause the conflict. I suggest turning of this plugin.
Let us know if the issue is still there.
Hi,
Thanks for your info.
This issue happens when you do not log in to WordPress.com.
It’s being tracked here https://github.com/Automattic/pinghub/issues/8Basically, it does not affect any operation on your site.
Cheers,

Hi,
I’ve tested this issue on my site with a default theme – Twenty Fifteen. I do not see the issue like you mention here. I can see the nested comments (parent-child comments).
I suggest checking your theme to find out the possible causes.
Looking at the console of the browser, there are a couple of JavaScript issues. I think it’s a good start to resolve this issue.
http://cld.wthms.co/cEwmKk@dobriku: Thanks for your great testing and discussion here.
@amar: I see that your site is using https://wordpress.org/plugins/speed-up-lazy-load/ . For me, there is no much change.
Going pretty further, the big difference is that:
* The Speed Up – Lazy Load plugin uses this library https://github.com/luis-almeida/unveil/blob/master/jquery.unveil.js
* Jetpack has our own implementation https://github.com/Automattic/jetpack/blob/master/modules/lazy-images/js/lazy-images.js
You’re welcome to use any plugin that works well for you 🙂
Hi,
Thank you for contacting us.
Is this the widget you mean http://cld.wthms.co/tDZDlL ?Can you please try to add it again?
It looks like it’s not a Jetpack Top Posts & Pages Widget.
The current image links in the widget are from your site. They’re not from Photon.

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Cannot change settingsHi,
It looks like it’s a Jetpack connection issue between your site and WordPress.com.
As I see, it looks good here

Hi Amar,
Our system team has just updated the expiration date for https://public-api.wordpress.com/connect/googleplus-sign-in.js
It should be fine now.

You can access a list of all Jetpack modules by following this guide:
https://jetpack.com/support/control-jetpacks-modules-on-one-page/
Once you’re there, you can activate/deactivate any modules you wish. In this case, it’s “Comments” 🙂
Hi,
Thanks for your link.
I think the following filters are what you need although they require the knowledge of WordPress hooks.
– https://developer.jetpack.com/hooks/jetpack_sitemap_image_skip_post/

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Jetpack MonitorHi,
1)If all the server responses were a 200 does that simply indicate the server was bogged down/slow? I was expecting something other than 200 for the time frames my sites were down.
Based on the info you provided, this does not mean your site down, it means your site is not responding well enough.
This explains in detail
https://jetpack.com/support/monitor/#site-down – “Is your site up and running properly, but you’re receiving ‘site down’ notifications?”2)Why wasn’t it trying to access my site from other IP addresses before sending me an email? Based on https://jetpack.com/support/monitor/#process it should have tried to access from other servers which should show as different IP addresses in my logs for the user agent “jetmon”
Because your site is not down. If you read this closer, we will locate other servers “if the HTTP response code is 400 or greater.”
I think that does make sense here when your site is still responding 200.
Cheers,
Hi Mark,
Your current site is not using Facebook Page Plugin Widget of Jetpack. It seems Divi Page Builder.
You would ask the Divi Page Builder to support this.
In the case, you’re using the Jetpack Facebook widget, you can try to use the following filter.
https://developer.jetpack.com/hooks/jetpack_facebook_likebox_defaults/Note: if you’re not sure in using this filter, you can contact a professional developer here:

* https://codeable.io/Hi,
Thanks for updating us.
As far as I know, there is no ideal way to prevent AdBlocker in this case.
However, that does not mean there is no solution, I suggest asking here in our community. Please start a new thread if you have any other issue with Jetpack.

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Subscriber email issueHi,
It appears that email subscribers have somehow become “team” members when viewed in our WordPress.com dashboard (They originally registered through the “subscribe” field on our homepage, which by default is set to subscriber) before separating the ecommerce and blog sites, Is there a tool or method we can use to convert ream members back to email subscribers?or do I misunderstand the issue?
First, on this post, Gemma explained the correct difference between “Team members” and “Followers (aka email subscribers)”.
They’re two different types of users. And Jetpack does not convert between two those types like what you’re guessing
email subscribers have somehow become “team” members. Jetpack doesn’t allow and does not have any tool for this conversion. All “Followers (aka email subscribers)” needs to go through the WordPress.com opt-in emails.
In this case, you may consider using another subscription plugin/solution like MailChimp to send notification emails to your team members.

Hi,
It looks like there is something wrong in your hosting.
I suggest contacting the hosting support to resolve this issue.
Otherwise, please try to install manually with FTP.
