I see a very similar problem with a different plugin where Thrive is also throwing this error on an AJAX request. Ticket with Thrive has been open for a month and a half – I hope they get this fixed soon. Strange, though, that it only seems to affect certain plugins…
Just noticed that on my other sites, that don’t have this error, the Pro version is up to 3.8.0 – but that’s not being offered as an update on this site, even though the license shows as valid
Hi, I can replicate the problem – it’s very simple, the problem is that in the wp-admin backend, the font declarations from the plugin are output before the opening <!DOCTYPE html> declaration, putting the browser into quirks mode, which does funny things to the CSS of the Gutenberg metaboxes. Would be great if that could be fixed.
PS: for testing, you need a long article and something that creates extra metaboxes, such as Yoast, enabled.

In reply to: [Create] missing sw.jsThanks a lot, that was quick. Looking forward to using this on our main (Mediavine member) site once testing on our less important site is a success 🙂
Thanks, that was quick – I can confirm the 4.10.1 doesn’t break my site 😉
So basically, delete the wp-content/plugins/shortpixel-image-optimiser folder, download the previous version from here as a zip file, upload in your wordpress backend and activate and you’re back in business. Ignore the update prompt until this has been fixed…
chmod 000 on the plugin directory at least gives you access again

In reply to: [Amazon Associates Link Builder] new error, page not loadingHi,
seems like the 1.5.4 update fixed this specific error and it all works now.

In reply to: [Shariff Wrapper] Shariff Social Media Icons not visibleYep, what’s really frustrating is that this error has been fixed six months ago in the development version, according to another thread here. But since there has been no release for a year, we’re still stuck with this problem. As far as I can tell, no workaround has been made public either, unless you’re using Shariff in a Widget.

In reply to: [WP-Paginate] confusedThanks, appreciate the quick response – it might help to make that a little more clear in the description, since it can be interpreted to mean just that…
