I did manager to sort it in the end. The problem was the Spam filter plugin that I was using. For some reason it had suddenly started blocking the email address I was using. I added them to the white list and all ok now.

I can see from the demo form that I was basically setting it up right, but I’m not getting the selection from the drop down list coming through. Is there something under the Mail tab that I need to add? Do you have a screenshot of the demo form Mail tab that I can compare?

In reply to: Contact form plugin queryYes, it’s would be a simple form, but it would be one that loads automatically when you visit the site. The sales department wants a form that is directly in the customers face when they visit.
