    Hi,

It’s just been flagged that we aren’t receiving emails via our contact forms. Having looked in to it I believe that it could be down to the web hosting server we are on. If I change To: email field to my own personal email address it works, however if I use any work email addresses then nothing arrives.

I had our network guy check the spam filters and nothing is being held up there or flagged. Using the email links on the site work ok, so my assumption it’s something to do with how the web server is handling these forms.

Anybody had this problem and if so could let me know what I need to be asking the hosting company to check?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • I am confronting the same issue. Nothing arrives on any domain-based email address. It works well with my personal email (@hotmail.com). I just contacted my hosting company (GoDaddy) to look what’s going on, but it seems that problem is coming from wordpress or the plugin itself.

    Hi,

I did manager to sort it in the end. The problem was the Spam filter plugin that I was using. For some reason it had suddenly started blocking the email address I was using. I added them to the white list and all ok now.
