Many thanks for the quick reply. I started by asking here because I didn’t know if it was a WP issue, theme issue, FTP issue or something else. I will certainly ask at Elegant Themes now.

Can I ask, how do you know it’s a theme issue? Is it because any issues with display are normally related to the theme only? Only asking so I can learn…. thanks!
