The extra configuration is needed for a multi-vendor.
1) Enable multi-vendor in plugin settings and add a multi-vendor user role there.
2) Then go to the edit user page and you can see UPS account details, address. fill that for your vendors.
3) Then go to the product page, you can have an option called UPS shipping vendor. Choose the vendor.Then it will work fine

1) Account rates are a rate that is given to you (Discounted) by your DHL.
2) Non-Account Rates is list rates (Normal rates)No problem if it’s wrong. We can provide the XML request and response to you. You can contact your DHL representative about this, They can explain to you better than me.
I hope you are using live mode. Because In Test mode the system is using the DHL development server (This rates not correct).

We tried to download and install the plugin it’s working fine. Successfully activated & we accessed our setting page too that available in woocommerce settings => Shipping => configure FedEx

YOu are using test credentials, that the reason text “sample” comes in the label. Once you moved to live credentials then it will be removed.
