You mean on the checkout page only the weight is get defined? or have to use default product weight. If its default product weights is already there and working fine.

The HITShipo update is released for German characters. SO you can try the labels now. And as soon as possible we will release the auto-translation option to the seamless work.
Once the label is generated it will show the shipped state in shipo dashboard. That’s for the feedback we will make it meaningful.

Ans: You can get shipping labels in 3 places, 1) Your store order page, 2) Your email, 3) HITSHipo dashboard. once the product is shipped then it will reflect in your account DHL.
2. A customer wanted to change the address and I tried to input the new address on your site and create new label. But it is not possible? There is a red label that says ‘Something went wrong’.
Ans: We will check this. Basically it will work fine.
3. Will the account still be charged if I do not use the wrongly generated label? I don’t see a way to cancel the shipment…
Ans: Account won’t be charged if you created the wrong label. Once it’s shipped then only you get charged from DHL. But in HITshipo label count will get reduced.
