You don’t want to create shipping classes. Please save the FedEx credentials then it will take weight from the product & work fine.

Shipping rate section is completely free to use. But the shipping label is not free. Because we have to run more automation scripts to run a tracking number management in our system for automatic updates. So we removed the free plan & given the customers a trail. Please move forward to the payment to create a shipping label (If you interested). Thanks

This is because you enabled the debug mode in the plugin. Please email to support@hittechmarket.com. Our developer will get into the site and check the page load while plugin activated & fix this for you.

Our plugin supports Multi-Vendor. You don’t require any other multi-vendor plugins. You can just configure the multiple users/vendors in our plugin itself.

Currently, we are providing a 60 days Free Trial of our plugin and you need to switch to a subscription plan before the trial period ends to continue the use of our plugin.
Our subscription plan starts at 9$. You can subscribe to either a Monthly / Yearly subscription plan.

To print the XML log file you need to enable the checkbox “Enable debug mode”. This will help you to print the request and response at the checkout page. Please copy the request and response and send it to the DHL team. Or else please share your back office credentials to contact@hitstacks.com.
