Hi,
It maybe due to configure of server. You can try to create a new page then access this page with permalink of page. If it has problem 404 for all page and post, you need to configure server again. 1. You can use paid membership add-on for learn Press combines with plugin Paid Memberships.
2. Current LP does not support the same as your request but you can refer addon learnpress-fill-in-blank.

For your questions:
1. I’ve added LP widget on my sidebar, but I couldn’t uncheck some options.
Just today I have updated LP and now not even the LP widgets are showing.
Is it supposed to be gone?It’s due to latest version LearnPress is removed some widget so it is not appeared.
2. Another question I have: how can I see in which courses my students are enrolled?
It’s devided into add-on students list and will be released in next time.
3. I was using another LMS and have some students to transfer to LP. There is a way to do it? Can I import students?
Current LP does not support this.

File enable-sticky-header.js is not file of LearnPress. It maybe due to theme conflict with LP. So you can try to ask support of theme.
